Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Items damaged during shipping are eligible for replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving damaged product. Damaged items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
We welcome our customers to pickup their orders whenever possible to save on shipping fees. We do have a payment on pickup option, when this is selected all orders must be paid for and picked up within 14 days. However, if a paid order is not picked up within 30 days, you will be automatically refunded, minus a $20 restocking fee. Once your order is placed, you will be contacted when your order is ready with available pickup times and our office location. **Please note, order pick ups are available by appointment ONLY. We are not able to accommodate walk ins or drop bys at this point.**
Packages that need to be re-shipped due to incorrect address provided by the buyer will be subject to the cost of shipping. Shipping fees are added to every order, and they are calculated based on weight. Orders ship from Red Deer, Alberta and local pickup is available.
Orders will be filled and shipped within 3-5 business days from ordering. For backordered products and wholesale orders, please allow a minimum of 7 business days.
International shipments will be shipped using the most cost effective method. This is not usually the fastest, and will not always have tracking. If you need your order expedited or have tracking added to them, please email us and we will provide you with shipping quotes.
Letter mail shipments do not include tracking, if you would like or need your package tracked, please email us to upgrade your shipping.
We are currently set up to accept credit card, PayPal and email money transfer (bank transfer). If using bank transfer, please send payment to email@example.com
